Correct me if I’m wrong, but I can’t recall you mentioning anything about the deload phase in any programme. Do you think it is worth doing it every few weeks ?
No reason to deload until after the 12 week cycle, but if you're ever feeling the need, if you're completely wiped out, nothing wrong with throwing one in.

The programs both work! The important thing is you working the program. Maybe do a 12 week cycle of each and see what resonates best with you?
